Welcome to Sutton Bonington Primary School. We are a small and friendly primary school in the beautiful village of Sutton Bonington situated just between Nottingham and Loughborough.

We pride ourselves on providing all children with a secure and stimulating environment in which they can learn, develop and achieve. Our ethos places a strong emphasis on inclusion and staff and parents working in partnership, to help all children to become happy and successful learners.

Our Forest School sessions are back up and running for the new school year, starting with Year 4. Earlier this week, the children were using identification sheets to help them with developing their foraging skills as well as using lots of fallen apples to make bird feeders. One of our super Year 4 children will be holding a keyring sale on Friday 12th September in the playground at the end of the school day. This is to raise money for the Sands charity (saving babies' lives, supporting bereaved families) which is a charity very close to their heart. All keyrings will be priced at £1 and all money raised will be used to support those in the Sands community. What a fantastic thing to do! 🌟🙌🌟 ... See MoreSee Less
